Ski / Snowboard Fitness Test
Your equipment is ready...Are you?
» Take a 45 minute skiing fitness test:
• Beginner, intermediate, or advanced skier or snowboarder
• Learn your strengths and deficits
• We will teach you fitness exercises
• Do the exercises for 8 weeks at home/recreational center
• Learn how to prevent ACL injuries
» Your test will consist of the assessment of:
• Cardiovascular
• Flexibility
• Plyometric Ability/Control
• Strength
• Balance
• Ski/Snowboard Specific Strength
The goal is to work on any deficits over an 8-week period and then retake that portion of the test.
